Finance Manager

Ø Payroll Management: Timely and accurate processing of employee salaries, incentives, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.

Ø GST / IT Filing: Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory filings.

Ø Billing & Invoicing: Generate, verify, and issue invoices for products/services delivered; ensure accuracy and timely dispatch.

Ø Payments Management: Process vendor/supplier payments, employee reimbursements, and operational expenses within agreed timelines.

Ø Receivables Management: Track customer payments, monitor outstanding dues, and follow up regularly. Escalate critical cases to higher management for intervention.

Ø Petty Cash & Field Expenses: Manage and disburse expenses to field staff with proper documentation and accountability.

Ø Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS reports, profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for management review.

Ø Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets, monitoring variances, and implementing cost-control measures.

Ø Audit Coordination: Liaise with external/internal auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and compliance with accounting standards.

Ø Banking & Reconciliation: Handle banking activities, perform daily/weekly reconciliations of accounts, and monitor company cash flow.

Ø Inventory & Asset Tracking: Monitor purchase records, maintain asset register, and track depreciation.

Ø Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to company financial policies, compliance with legal frameworks, and suggest improvements in processes.

Ø Support to Management: Provide financial insights for business planning, project costing, pricing, and investment decisions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
