Finance Manager

Job Description

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferred exposure from manufacturing or any equivalent industry. * Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and tax compliance. * Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting. * Ensure timely closing of books and reconciliation of accounts. * Budgeting & Forecasting * Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). * Coordinate with external/internal auditors and ensure timely audit completion. * Cost Control & Inventory Management * Coordinate with other departments such as production, procurement, and logistics for smooth financial integration. * Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and vendors as required Accounting Software: Tally Location: Tuticorin / Melakaranthai Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8668041213
