We are seeking a seasoned Senior Power Bi Engineer for our client, globally renowned IT services company. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced BI solutions that transform complex datasets into actionable, strategic insights, empowering the management to make data-driven decisions with confidence. Location : Bengaluru Working arrangement : WFH. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Power BI Engineer, Data Analyst, or similar role with a strong portfolio of delivered solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in PowerBI, data visualization, and analytics to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. Expert-level proficiency in Power BI: Deep knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, and performance optimization. Direct experience with Microsoft Fabric is a significant plus. Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Demonstrable ability to optimize and tune data models and report performance for large datasets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in an international, cross-functional team. Experience in establishing or contributing to BI governance frameworks (security, standards, documentation). A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and work autonomously in a remote setting.
