Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis: Evaluate corporate financial statements, conduct ratio analysis, and prepare financial projections. CMA Data Preparation: Prepare Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) reports, financial models, and business projections for funding proposals. Banking & Transaction Execution: Analyze banking transactions, assist in sanction and disbursement processes, and ensure compliance with debt sanction terms. Reporting & Presentations: Prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports for client meetings, investor pitches, and bank negotiations. Client & Banker Relations: Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and banking partners to facilitate smooth financial transactions. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to banking regulations and timely submission of required documents for debt transactions. Skills & Competencies: Strong financial analysis and accounting knowledge. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (financial modelling, pivot tables, data analysis). Expertise in PowerPoint for impactful presentations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including corporate clients and bankers. High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
