Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to oversee accounting, invoicing, and compliance processes. The role involves managing day-to-day finance operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior experience in a CA firm will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare, review, and issue invoices in a timely manner.

· Monitor collections, reconcile accounts, and follow up with clients.

· Maintain accurate daily accounting records in Tally ERP/Prime.

· Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow statements.

· Handle journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly closings.

· Support GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other compliance filings.

· Assist in ROC filings and coordinate with external auditors/CA firms.

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.

· Generate MIS and financial reports for management.

· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

· Identify cost efficiencies and support decision-making.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting.

· Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel.

· Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance processes.

· Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filings.

· Experience in a CA firm is highly preferred.

· Analytical mindset, accuracy in work, and ability to meet deadlines.
