8-9 Years of relevant experience. Preferred from Manufacturing industry
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Monitor/Track actual costs against the budgets and highlight deviations.
Financial Reporting
- Review of Trial Balance.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports for management review.
Compliance & Audit
-Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to cost records.
- Preparation of Fixed Asset schedule and various other schedules for Quarter/Year end audit.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for cost audit and financial audit.
Cost Accounting & Analysis
- Maintain and monitor cost records and systems.
- Prepare and analyze cost sheets, variance reports, and profitability analysis.
- Conduct product costing and overhead allocation.
Other areas
-Balance confirmation of all group companies along with Inter-company reconciliations, if any.
-Physical verification of Fixed Assets and co-ordination with other BU's for physical verification of Fixed Assets & Inventory for Audit purposes.
- Support in various initiatives taken for Digital Finance/Automation projects.
- Co-ordination with Insurance companies & Brokers for renewal & compliances for various insurance policies.
Well versed in SAP Module (FICO)
Knowledge of statutory dues like PF, PT, GST, TDS, etc.
Good Analytical skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft office like MS Excel, MS Word, MS power point, etc.
