Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and purpose-driven consultant to support strategic initiatives in Employer Branding, Campus Hiring, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Godrej Agrovet. The individual will play a key role in developing content and outreach strategies that resonate with rural audiences, enhancing our campus hiring programs WINGS , Gurukul , and Gallop and driving the DEI charter including WeForShe sessions and women engagement. Key Responsibilities 1. Employer Branding (with focus on Rural & Tier 2-3 Audiences) Understand and define how Godrej Agrovet can connect meaningfully with rural and semi-urban audiences. Manage and regularly update the Life at Godrej Agrovet tab, internal microsites, and social handles with employee stories, day-in-the-life posts, and business updates. Coordinate with design and content agencies to create engaging employer branding collateral (videos, posts, infographics). Track and report effectiveness of branding campaigns using metrics like reach, engagement, and candidate conversion. 2. Campus Hiring Support end-to-end execution of WINGS our entry-level hiring program focused on increasing women representation in frontline roles (especially in Sales). Coordinate hiring campaigns for Gurukul (internship program) and Gallop (management trainee program), including institute engagement, program design, onboarding, and feedback collection. 3. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Anchor the WeForShe ERG , manage monthly learning sessions and cohort-based engagement activities. Propose fresh, actionable ideas to improve inclusion in hiring and workplace practices. Support data collection, dashboarding, and reporting on gender, inclusion efforts, and attrition insights. Qualifications Bachelors or masters degree in human resources, Industrial Psychology, Communications, Social Work, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in employer branding, campus hiring, or DEI programs, preferably in a diverse and distributed workforce setup. Strong understanding of rural and tier-2/3 audience behaviours and communication strategies. Demonstrated experience in executing engagement programs and managing DEI forums. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; regional language fluency is a plus. Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Strong storytelling and design sensibility. Knowledge of digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, basic video editing). Data analysis experience using Excel or dashboards (for DEI metrics or hiring trends). Prior experience in agriculture or manufacturing sector is a plus.
