Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate financial records in

  Zoho Books

  .
• Post journal entries, manage ledgers, and ensure timely closure of accounts.
• Prepare and review invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.

• Taxation & Compliance

• Handle

  TDS calculation, deduction, and filing of returns

  .
• Manage

  PF & PT compliance

  including challan preparation, payments, and monthly/annual filings.
• Assist in preparation of GST returns and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws and coordinate with auditors.

• Payroll Support

• Coordinate with HR to process payroll inputs related to PF, PT, and TDS.
• Verify employee deductions and ensure timely deposit of statutory contributions.

• Banking & Reconciliation

• Manage bank transactions and reconciliations in Zoho Books.
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely collections/payments.

• Reporting & MIS

• Generate monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Provide data support for budgeting, forecasting, and audits.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  PF, TDS, PT regulations

  .
• Proficiency in

  Zoho Books

  (mandatory).
• Good understanding of GST, accounting standards, and statutory compliances.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Commerce / Finance / Accounting

  (MBA/CA Inter preferred).

• 2–5 years

  of experience in finance/accounting with statutory compliance.
• Experience with

  Zoho Books

  is required.
