We are seeking a highly experienced Certified Management Accountant (CMA) to lead and enhance our finance operations across key business hubs in Bhilai, Vadodara, and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bring strategic financial acumen, deep industry expertise, and a proactive mindset to drive profitability, compliance, and long-term sustainability.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives across divisions
- Develop and implement cost control and performance improvement strategies
- Perform variance analysis and interpret complex financial data for leadership decisions
- Guide long-term financial planning, investment analysis, and risk management
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business expansion and restructuring efforts
- Mentor junior finance professionals and shape the department’s talent development
- CMA certification is mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of 12–18 years in financial leadership roles
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
