Job Description

As a Financial Associate (also called Business Associate or Insurance Sales Associate), you will represent Tata AIA Life Insurance products through Debolina Consultancy. Your main focus is to help clients choose suitable life insurance, financial planning, and investment-linked solutions based on their personal financial goals, while meeting business growth and sales targets. 📋 Key Responsibilities1. Client Engagement & Advisory Connect with individual and family clients to understand their financial needs. Explain Tata AIA life insurance products (savings plans, retirement, ULIPs, protection plans). Provide tailored financial advice and propose appropriate solutions. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. 2. Sales & Target Achievement Generate leads through networking, referrals, walk-ins, and outreach activities. Present product features, benefits, and policy costs to potential customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals for insurance and financial products. 3. Documentation & Compliance Collect accurate customer information and complete application forms. Ensure compliance with company rules and IRDAI regulatory standards. Assist customers with policy paperwork, payments, and follow-ups. 4. Continuous Learning & Training Attend company training sessions to stay updated on Tata AIA products and sales techniques. Improve product knowledge and advisory skills to better serve customers. 5. Reporting & Coordination Keep records of client interactions, sales achieved, and follow-ups. Coordinate with Debolina Consultancy and Tata AIA team members for smooth process flow. 🧠 Skills & Qualifications✔ Minimum education: 12th pass (graduation preferred). ✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills. ✔ Self-motivated, goal-oriented with strong customer service focus. ✔ Basic understanding of financial concepts (training provided). ✔ Ability to work independently and manage client relationships. 💼 Work Type & Benefits🔹 Employment type: Full-time or Part-time 🔹 Flexible working hours 🔹 Incentive-based earnings (commission + performance bonuses) 🔹 Career development with training support 🔹 Opportunity to grow into senior roles like Team Leader or Distribution Manager 💰 Compensation💸 Salary is often a combination of base pay + incentives/commission based on sales performance.
