Finance and Accounts Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and income tax filings. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits. Support internal controls and process improvements. Ensure timely submission of financial data to management. Skills: Proven experience (1-2 years) in a controllership or similar finance function. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in statutory filings for GST and TDS. Prior experience in the F&B industry is highly desirable. Expertise in financial reporting, month-end/year-end closures, and internal controls. Familiarity with ERP systems and compliance with Indian accounting standards. Show more Show less
