Roles and Responsibilities Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare monthly MIS reports using advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables and vlookup functions. Ensure timely filing of GST returns (BAS) and TDS deductions from employee salaries. Utilize expertise in Tally ERP to manage financial transactions accurately. Desired Candidate Profile 5-7 years of experience in accountancy or related field with a degree in B.Com or equivalent specialization. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including formulas like SUMIF, HLOOKUP, COUNTIF etc. . Proficiency in Tally ERP software with hands-on experience on its usage for day-to-day accounting operations. Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws governing Goods & Services Tax (GST), Income Tax Returns (ITR), Value Added Tax (VAT). Roles and Responsibilities Liasoning with banks for availing new term loan and working capital loan for new modernization / expansion / diversification projects Fulfilling all the required documents of the bank on regular basis for the credit facilities availed by the company. Responsible for Account Payable/ Cash Management and Bank dealing Cash and Fund Flow Management, Cost and Credit Control and Inventory Accounting and Cost Management. # Finalization of Accounts, preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, MIS Reports, Budgeting and forecasts. Monthly preparation of cash flow statements Regular review of investment of spare funds to ensure effective utilization of funds including keeping track of interest rates to maximize the interest revenue. Manage Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss accounts in all aspects, month end closings, accounting, bookkeeping and regulation compliance.
