With a group of 33 hospitals spread over 17 cities, we are the second-largest hospital chain in India. To manage such a large network of hospitals, we have different entities that ensure proper functioning, smooth operations and overall patient satisfaction. Role and ResponsibilitiesIdentify revenue streams, manage costs in order to achieve the desired EBITDA of unitInitiate and implement the finance strategies of the unitTo provide financial reports and budgets to achieve the goals of the hospitalResponsible for the hospitals financial, accounting and credit functionsEnsure timely receipts from Debtors.Monitor the performance matrices and take corrective and preventive actions as per quality standards defined.Ensure the books of accounts are maintained as per the standards on timely basisTime accurate submission of analysed reports and any deviations to be brought to the notice of management.Engage with the unit finance team through various initiatives like training, performance management, continual feedback , coaching and reward and recognize people in order to motivate them to deliver desired resultsQualifications:CA with post qualification of 7+ yearsSkills:Responsible for the process improvement and enhancement of the unit hospitals finance and administrative operations.Targets should be set for the finance employees working in the hospitalAdditional Notes Candidates residing in Pune or ready to relocate.
