Finance And Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning

• Manage annual budgeting and periodic financial forecasting, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic objectives.
• Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions to improve financial performance.

2. Costing & Profitability Analysis

• Conduct product costing, cost analysis, and financial evaluation for new and existing products.
• Support pricing decisions by assessing cost structures and profit margins. Aswini Kumar Sahoo MIS

3. MIS Reporting & Management Insights

• Prepare various MIS reports including financial summaries, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Present actionable insights to the Director for better decision-making and planning.

• Ensure accurate reconciliation of financial statements and general ledgers.
• Handle month-end closing activities including provisions, journal entries, and finalization of accounts.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors, support audit processes, and ensure timely closure of audit observations. . 

5. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Manage GSTR-3B filings, TDS payments, return filing, and GST reconciliations.
• Liaise with government authorities for tax audits, regulatory compliance, and subsidy processes.

6. Stakeholder, Vendor & Customer Coordination

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• Negotiate contracts, resolve financial discrepancies, and support smooth operational workflow. 

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification

• CA / CMA from a reputed institute
  
• Strong academic grounding in Accounting, Costing, Taxation, and Financial Management
  

Experience

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Finance, MIS, Costing, Compliance and audit.
  
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, product costing, profitability analysis and Auditing.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Costing, Financial Management, and Audit processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Tally, and other financial analysis and audit support tools
• Expertise in MIS Reporting, Budgeting, and audit-ready documentation & reporting
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with experience in audit coordination and query resolution
• Sound understanding of GST, TDS, statutory compliance requirements, and internal/statutory audit procedures
