Role & responsibilities Design and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead talent acquisition initiatives, workforce planning, and recruitment for leadership and key roles. Drive performance management systems and ensure timely goal setting, reviews, and feedback. Oversee learning and development programs to build organizational capabilities. Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies. Ensure statutory compliance and manage labor law-related matters effectively. Formulate and update HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs. Lead initiatives related to organizational development and change management. Handle disciplinary issues, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution. Manage compensation and benefits structures, payroll, and reward systems. Utilize HR analytics and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with senior management to build a high-performance culture. Preferred candidate profile MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute. 1520 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and modern HR practices. Proven experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. Experience in [mention industry, e.g., manufacturing/FMCG/IT] preferred. Proficiency in HRMS tools and data analytics is an added advantage. Ability to manage teams, work under pressure, and drive change initiatives.
