Preferred candidate profile MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute. 1520 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and modern HR practices. Proven experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. Experience in [mention industry, e.g., manufacturing/FMCG/IT] preferred. Proficiency in HRMS tools and data analytics is an added advantage. Ability to manage teams, work under pressure, and drive change initiatives.
