Role & responsibilities

• Drive the companys overall financial strategy aligned with business goals.
  
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  
• Manage investments, treasury, and cash flow efficiently.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements.
  
• Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies.
  
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports to the Board and stakeholders.

• Oversee family office financial operations, asset management, and wealth planning.

Preferred candidate profile

• CA/ICWA/MBA in Finance with 20+ years of progressive financial leadership.
  
• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in corporate and family office environments.
  
• Strong expertise in investment management, risk control, and compliance.
  
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
  
• High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to handle complex financial structures.
  
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
