Job Title:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
Record purchase, expense invoices, and purchase orders.
Generate sales invoices as per sales orders and ensure credit control.
Prepare supplier statements and reconcile payments.
Coordinate with vendors/customers for timely payments and reconciliations.
Manage TDS and GST compliance including payments and filing of returns.
Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/annual returns.
Handle audits, assessments, and statutory inspections.
Ensure accurate reporting of tax liabilities and payments.
Maintain tax-related records and reconcile accounts.
Stay updated with changes in taxation laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or higher in
Finance/Accounting
.
56 years of experience in
Accounts & Taxation
(preferably in manufacturing industry).
Strong knowledge of
TDS, GST regulations, and compliance requirements
.
Proficiency in
SAP or other accounting/taxation software
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
