Job Title:

Job Summary

dynamic Shift In-Charge (Production & Maintenance)

Key Responsibilities

Execute
preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Provide immediate support to production during
equipment breakdowns
to minimize downtime.
Lead
TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
activities.
Take ownership of
production operations and maintenance activities
.
Troubleshoot and repair
production machinery, utilities, and plant infrastructure
.
Ensure compliance with
safety, quality, and environmental standards
.
Maintain records of
maintenance schedules, breakdown analysis, and spare inventory
.
Plan and execute
equipment shutdowns
in coordination with production.
Support
new equipment installation, commissioning, and modification projects
.
Drive initiatives for
equipment reliability, efficiency, and energy conservation
.
Work closely with
cross-functional teams
to achieve production & maintenance KPIs.
Be flexible to work in
rotational shifts
and attend emergencies as needed.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
.
4–8 years
of relevant experience in maintenance within a
manufacturing/production environment
.
Hands-on knowledge of
mechanical systems
(hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps) and
electrical systems
(motors, PLCs, drives, control panels).
Strong
troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
.
Knowledge of
preventive maintenance systems, lean manufacturing practices, and TPM
is an added advantage.
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts
and manage
both production & maintenance
.
