Role & responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Maintain and manage bills and invoices for purchases, services, and sales.
Verify and process vendor bills, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
General accounting reconciliations, Bank, vendor reconciliations
Debtors & Creditors Management
Experience with financial reporting requirements
Knowledge of Accounting ERP Tally Prime.
Assist in financial reporting processes including Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Accounts closure, variance reporting, reconciliations, consolidated financial accounts and reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Monitor and manage company cash flow and expenses.
Support audits (internal and external) by preparing required documentation.
Coordinating with Auditors
Liaising with banks
Compliances with regard to GST, TDS & Income tax

Education &

UG: B. Com - Any Specialization

PG: M. Com - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Finance

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance or Tax

CA, CMA.
