Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Accounts professional at Voith Paper located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role will involve tasks related to finance, financial statements, communication, and accounting on a day-to-day basis.

Core responsibilities

·      Create financial statements for processing payroll, account reconciliations, account payables, account receivables, income, and expenses, among other things.

·      Create quarterly, yearly, and monthly reports.

·      Carry out internal audits.

·      Candidate should be responsible for all accounting work (Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payments, Salary, Entries, Bank & Etc.)

·      Accounting & Audit (Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.)

·      ROC filing (various E-forms) & All ROC working.

·      Income Tax & 26 AS Reconciliation

·      GST working GSTR -1, GSTR-3B, & GSTR-2A Reconciliation.

·      Payments of GST, TDS, TCS

·      Liaison with banks

Professional Experience & Education

Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting/commerce, finance, business, economics, or any other related field.

Master’s degree in CMA or CA

Working experience of 8 to 15 years in an accounting or finance position.

MS Excel and accounting software advanced level proficiency.

Knowledge of bookkeeping competencies.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent commercial and business acumen
