Sales Support- After Market Business

As a professional in the role of raising the profile of Voith spares, parts, and services with customers, your core responsibilities will include creating opportunities to grow and win back business. You will support sales managers by assisting with order processing, customer quotes, and sales information. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating spare parts requirements technically based on drawings and documentation of original equipment/machine, generating spare parts offers from SAP, and providing timely support and quotations to customers to help maintain Voith installations at their highest efficiencies. Regular interactions with customers to understand their needs and keep abreast of their operational and performance requirements will be crucial. You will analyze the problems faced by customers and propose appropriate solutions while keeping track of historical sales and quotes data for each spare item. To excel in this role, you should hold a B.E./B. Tech degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience in the SAP (SD) module and a good understanding of engineering drawings to identify correct spare parts and propose suitable solutions are essential. Commercial knowledge for offer preparation, pricing analysis, and market pricing strategy will also be valuable. Your key performance indicators (KPIs) will include achieving sales targets per account per product family, reducing response time to customers, and ensuring customer coverage with travel at least one week every month. The complexity associated with this role lies in handling hundreds of spare parts items and maintaining regular interactions with customers and internal interfaces such as Customers, Design, Purchase, and Application teams.,
