Sales Support- After Market Business

As a Spare Parts Specialist at Voith, your role involves creating opportunities for Voith spares, parts, and services by enhancing their visibility with customers and increasing business growth. You will support sales managers with order processing, customer quotes, and sales information. Additionally, you will evaluate the technical spare parts requirements based on drawings and documentation of original equipment/machines and generate spare parts offers from SAP. Your timely support and quotations to customers will aid in maintaining Voith installations at peak efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating opportunities for Voith spares, parts, and services - Supporting sales managers with order processing, customer quotes, and sales information - Evaluating spare parts requirements technically - Generating spare parts offers from SAP - Providing timely support and quotations to customers - Conducting regular interactions with customers to understand their needs and propose solutions - Keeping track of historical sales and quotes data for each spare item To qualify for this role, you should have: - B.E./B. Tech degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience - Hands-on experience in SAP (SD) module - Good understanding of engineering drawings - Commercial knowledge for offer preparation and pricing analysis In this role, you will be measured on key performance indicators such as sales targets per account per product family, reduction of response time to customers, and customer coverage involving travel at least one week per month. The complexity associated with this role lies in handling hundreds of spare parts items. Your key internal and external interfaces will include customers, design, purchase, and application departments.
