Finance & Accounts professional

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and client invoicing.
Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Maintain internal controls and implement process improvements for financial accuracy and efficiency.
Support leadership in investment, fundraising, and due diligence processes as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA / Inter-CA preferred).
3–8 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in startups or digital/marketing firms.
Strong understanding of Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks and Excel.
Good knowledge of taxation, compliance, and corporate finance.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
