Finance & Account Executive

In this role at Monami Catering Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial accounting functions of the company. Your main focus will be on ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient handling of all day-to-day accounting tasks. This hands-on position requires a strong understanding of accounting standards and keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting operations such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations. - Prepare and analyze financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. - Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements. - Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings effectively. - Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts. - Collaborate with auditors for annual audit processes and support internal audits. - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and conducting variance analysis. - Ensure compliance with company policies and Indian accounting standards. - Communicate with banks, vendors, and regulatory authorities when necessary. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accountants and support staff. Qualifications & Skills: Education: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com). Experience: - 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books. - Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling. - Sound knowledge of Indian Taxation and Companies Act. Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. - Ethical and trustworthy handling confidential information. Preferred Background: - Experience in industries like hospitality, retail, or services. - Hands-on involvement in financial audits and statutory compliance.,
