Finance & Account Executive

As a part of the team at Green Publication Services Private Limited, your primary responsibility will be to verify and validate all incoming and outgoing financial transactions. This includes identifying, investigating, and resolving any discrepancies or mismatched transactions. You will also be required to maintain updated transaction logs and verification records for audit purposes. Additionally, you will be responsible for reconciling vendor and client accounts periodically to ensure balance accuracy. Your role will involve reconciling company bank statements with accounting software entries for proper Bank & System Reconciliation. You will also be expected to assist with audits and provide the necessary verification reports. Furthermore, you will support tax and statutory compliance activities such as GST and TDS by ensuring the accuracy of transaction data. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. It is crucial to have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to data accuracy.
