We are looking to expand our creative team with a passionate and skilled Figma UI/UX Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create intuitive and engaging UI/UX designs using Figma for web, mobile, and SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centered designs.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to refine designs.
• Ensure consistency in design systems, visual style, and user experience across products.
• Iterate based on feedback from team members, clients, and users.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Components, Prototyping, etc.).
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions with logic and reasoning.
• Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design using Figma.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing real client or project work.
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
