Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Company: Spirehub Softwares Private Limited Experience Required: 5 to 6 years Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoho Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing solutions using the Zoho suite of applications. You will be responsible for customizing, developing, and supporting Zoho applications, as well as integrating them with third-party systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc.) Create and manage complex workflows, custom functions, scripting, and automation within Zoho. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. Develop APIs and integrations between Zoho and other third-party applications. Optimize and maintain existing Zoho systems and configurations for performance, scalability, and reliability. Train end-users and create documentation as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with the latest features and best practices within the Zoho platform. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience working with Zoho applications, especially Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator. Proficient in Deluge scripting, custom functions, APIs, and third-party integrations. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and webhooks. Solid understanding of business processes, CRM workflows, and automation strategies. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Zoho Certification(s) will be a strong plus. Experience with other CRM systems and migration to/from Zoho is a plus. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
