About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js, who can also take on the responsibilities of a Team Lead. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing a team, leading development efforts, and delivering high-quality software solutions across both front-end and back-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend)
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to define project requirements and timelines
• Architect efficient and reusable front-end and back-end systems
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices
• Manage project planning, sprint execution, and delivery in Agile/Scrum environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements for development processes
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability in all technical decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, and React.js
• Proficient in database design and development using MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party integrations
• Good understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Solid experience in version control (Git) and Agile development methodologies
• Proven experience as a team lead or senior developer managing small to medium-sized teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Next.js, Redux, GraphQL, or Docker is a plus
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
• Experience in project estimation and resource planning

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
