Figma UI/UX Designer

As a Figma UI/UX Designer at SpireHub Softwares Development in Noida, you will be part of a dynamic IT solutions provider known for its full-cycle software development, web, and mobile app design, and digital transformation services. We are seeking a talented individual to join our creative team and contribute to designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for various platforms. Your responsibilities will include creating UI/UX designs using Figma for web, mobile, and SaaS applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into user-centered designs, designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, conducting user research and usability testing, and ensuring consistency in design systems and user experience across products. You will also iterate on designs based on feedback from team members, clients, and users. To excel in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of Figma, including features like Auto Layout, Variants, Components, and Prototyping. Additionally, you should possess a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design. Effective communication skills are essential for clearly articulating design decisions, and familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design using Figma, a strong design portfolio showcasing real client or project work, and the ability to join immediately or on short notice. While basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus, it is not mandatory. Good communication skills and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are highly valued.
