Figma UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Developer Senior Associate at PwC, your role in data and analytics will involve leveraging data to drive insights and support clients in making informed business decisions. You will be utilizing advanced analytics techniques to optimize operations and help clients achieve their strategic goals. Your focus will be on extracting insights from large datasets, enabling data-driven decision-making by employing skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling. Key Responsibilities: - Design user-centered experiences that align with business goals and product requirements. - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma. - Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and QA teams for seamless product development. - Conduct usability testing, user research, and translate findings into actionable design improvements. - Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical constraints. - Participate in sprint ceremonies as an integral member of the product development team. - (Senior Associate) Mentor and guide junior designers and contribute to design system standards. Qualification Required: - 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience for Associate level, and 5+ years for Senior Associate level, preferably within a product development team. - Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, component design, auto-layout, and design systems. - Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and working in cross-functional teams. - Portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of interaction design, visual design, and user research. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,
