Job Summary:

We are looking for a Figma UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in creating high-converting landing pages and responsive HTML emails. The ideal candidate should have a proven portfolio of conversion-focused digital designs and the ability to translate business goals into visually appealing and user-friendly experiences. While Figma will be your primary design tool, a working knowledge of HTML/CSS and proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities: Landing Pages: Design and deliver visually compelling, responsive landing pages optimized for conversions.

HTML Emails: Design and develop responsive email templates aligned with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, AI-powered tools, and real estate marketing best practices.

Support basic graphic design needs such as creating banners, social creatives, and other visual assets.

Qualifications & Skills:

2+ years of experience in UI/UX design with expertise in Figma.

Strong portfolio showcasing landing page and email design projects.

Hands-on experience designing and coding responsive HTML emails.

Proficiency in HTML & CSS (for design-to-code workflows).

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and conversion-focused design.

Familiarity with AI tools that can enhance design productivity and creativity.

Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
