Figma UI/UX Designer

Role Overview: As a Figma Designer at NoBroker, your main responsibility will be to create visually stunning and high-converting landing pages and HTML emails. Your focus will be on designing user-centered experiences to drive results for real estate and home services initiatives. Along with expertise in Figma, knowledge of graphic design principles, and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator will be valuable assets for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop visually appealing and responsive landing pages with a focus on conversion optimization. - Create effective responsive HTML email templates that align with marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. - Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, AI tools, and best practices for conversion. - Contribute to basic graphic design tasks such as creating web banners and other visual assets as needed. Qualification Required: - At least 2 years of experience in Figma design with a strong emphasis on landing pages. - Experience in designing and developing effective responsive HTML emails. - Proficiency in HTML and CSS. - Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles. - Awareness of AI tools that can enhance design creativity and automation. - Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
