The candidate will be responsible for meeting builders and contractors, generating leads for new projects, and helping the company achieve its sales targets. We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and convert high-potential leads generated by our Project Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in building material or interior product sales and have the capability to strategically close deals , while occasionally conducting site visits when necessary to support the sales cycle and client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Convert leads passed on by Project Sales Executives into successful orders and long-term client relationships. Conduct follow-up meetings , technical product presentations , and negotiations with key decision-makers (builders, contractors, architects). Participate in site visits and client meetings when required for high-value or complex projects. Take ownership of the closing process , including quotations, payment terms, and contractual discussions. Guide and mentor the Project Sales Executives for better lead quality and conversion rates. Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch/logistics, accounts, customer service) to ensure smooth execution of orders. Monitor market trends , competitor activity, and provide regular reports to senior management. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets , and contribute to overall regional growth. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business through post-sales engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 35 years of experience in B2B/project sales in tiles, sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, or interior products . Proven track record in deal closing and key account handling . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills . Ability to lead a small team of executives and manage multiple client accounts. Comfortable with field visits , site inspections, and in-person client discussions. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Strong network of builders, contractors, and architects is a plus.

Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to refine strategies. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize their performance. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Must have experience in distillation, pressure vessels, or chemical process industry. Strong process knowledge, lead generation, client interaction, field visits, and good communication & negotiation skills required.

To support and execute field-level educational programs, build relationships with schools and institutions, ensure on-ground implementation of initiatives, and act as a liaison between the organization and institutions

Strong skills in project coordination, execution, monitoring, documentation, administration, analysis, review. 3-5 years of experience in social work or a related field (NGO sector). Should be MSW, MRS, MBA, MA (Sociology) from the reputed University.
