As a part of our expanding team, you will be responsible for developing and managing strong relationships with retailers and distributors in the assigned territory. Your role will involve regular field visits to onboard new clients, service existing ones, pitch and promote our Aluminum Coated Mirror product range, implement sales schemes to drive revenue, generate leads, track inquiries, and close deals effectively. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize the sales strategy and strive to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. We are seeking individuals with experience in channel sales, preferably in glass, building materials, or allied industries. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with the willingness to travel regularly across the territory. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, target-driven, result-oriented, and possess analytical thinking skills with the ability to adapt and strategize.
