INSURANCE CLAIM EXECUTIVE

As an Insurance Claims Processor for financed E-Rickshaw vehicles, your primary responsibility will be to handle the end-to-end processing of insurance claims. This will involve liaising with customers to gather necessary documentation and gain a clear understanding of the nature of the claims being made. You will be required to collaborate with insurance partners, garages, and legal teams to facilitate claim approvals, inspections, and settlements. Your role will also entail analyzing and assessing claim eligibility in accordance with policy terms and customer-provided documents. Additionally, you will be expected to offer legal insights and assistance on claims that involve third-party liability, police reports, FIRs, or subrogation. It will be crucial to maintain accurate claim records in CRM systems and generate MIS reports for internal review. Proactively resolving customer grievances and disputes related to insurance claims is essential to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. In certain cases, you may need to conduct field visits to survey vehicles, verify claims, or assist in claim documentation. Educating customers about insurance procedures, claim timelines, and documentation requirements will also be a part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be required to support the sales and recovery teams by providing legal and insurance-related inputs during vehicle repossession or asset recovery processes. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, and the job location is in person. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.
