About Ishan Namkeen Ishan Namkeen is a Gujarat-based manufacturer of authentic Indian snacks, rebranded to scale across India and export markets. With over 10 years of legacy in high-quality, hygienically packed namkeen, we are expanding our reach to new cities and customer segments. We are looking for a Sales Executive based in Bangalore who will be responsible for both field visits and outbound calling to build our customer base. The candidate will reach out to and visit stores, distributors, exporters, and wholesalers, helping us grow our retail and bulk order network. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily field visits to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and exporters across Bangalore. Make sales calls to potential clients to introduce our products and convert leads. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners. Track competitor activity and pricing. Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the food industry is a must. Fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English. Experience in both field visits and calling retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and exporters. Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior. Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic computer or Excel skills for reporting. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on execution. Two-wheeler with a valid license for local travel is a plus.,
