Field Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

· Team Leadership & Coordination

· Lead and coordinate field engineers for installation, service, and maintenance activities.

· Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of site work.

· Provide technical guidance, on-site support, and decision-making during complex installations.

Installation & Execution

· Perform installations at customer sites and meet self-installation targets as defined by management.

· Ensure installations are done as per SOP, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

· Validate system configuration, connectivity, and commissioning at each site.

Travel & On-Site Support

· Travel Pan India to support installation teams, resolve technical challenges, and ensure smooth execution of field operations.

· Conduct site assessments, verify material readiness, and coordinate with customers for access and approvals.

Monitoring & Reporting

· Track daily activities of field teams and ensure compliance with project deadlines.

· Prepare daily/weekly reports, installation summaries, and status updates.

· Highlight risks, delays, or technical issues to management with proactive solutions.

Stakeholder Management

· Coordinate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

· Represent the company professionally during site visits, meetings, and escalations.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and timely closure of installation work orders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Technical & Operational Skills

· Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Telecom, or related fields.

· Hands-on experience in field installation, commissioning, or power/monitoring equipment.

· Strong knowledge of sensors, controllers, RMS/BHMS/BMS systems (preferred).

· Ability to troubleshoot communication, power systems, and basic networking issues.

Leadership Skills

· Capable of leading field teams across different regions.

· Strong coordination, planning, and decision-making abilities.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Soft Skills

· Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

· Good documentation, reporting, and team management abilities.

· Ability to multitask and manage field schedules efficiently.

Mandatory Requirements

· Willingness to travel Pan India extensively.

· Personal laptop is mandatory for running tools, configuration software, and report submission

· Ability to meet personal installation targets along with supporting team members.

· Flexible to work in a dynamic field environment with variable timelines.

Preferred Experience

· Experience in field team handling, installation projects, or multi-site coordination.

· Exposure to telecom, energy monitoring, automation, or BHMS/BMS installations.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
