Field Service Supervisor

We are looking for a Field Service Supervisor to manage and guide our team of Technicians and Service Engineers. Job Description :- Lead and supervise field service technicians to ensure timely closure of complaints. Ensure repair TAT. Plan and allocate daily work to technicians based on priority and availability. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for team performance and complaint status. Provide technical support and guidance to technicians for complex fault diagnosis and resolution. Ensure adequate inventory and spare parts availability with technicians for timely issue resolution. Monitor timely return of defective and unused materials to the warehouse. Provide feedback to the product and quality team to drive continuous product improvement. Coordinate with Railway staff for complaint resolution and maintain strong customer relationships. Collaborate with inter-department teams (logistics, purchase, stores, quality, and product team) to fast-track processes. Conduct regular team meetings and provide on-job training to technicians. Track and improve team productivity and efficiency. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements. Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction in service delivery. Desired Candidate Profile: Diploma/Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field. 4 to 6 years of experience in field service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/team leader role. Hands-on knowledge of Fire Detection / Suppression Systems/Railway product will be preferred. Strong people management, reporting, and coordination skills. Good communication and relationship-building abilities. Problem-solving mindset with focus on process improvement. Ability to handle pressure and deliver within timelines. Note :- Preference will be given who have experience of handing Railway based product.
