Job Summary:
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery at customer sites. The ideal candidate should have a passion for machines, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
 Carry out installation and commissioning of machines at customer sites as per company standards. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines to ensure minimal downtime. Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or control-related issues in machines. Conduct pre-installation site inspections and report readiness for installation. Maintain accurate service reports, installation checklists, and feedback forms. Provide technical guidance and basic operational training to customers. Coordinate with the service office for spare parts and technical documentation. Ensure timely communication and professional conduct with customers. Support the sales and application team in machine demonstrations or trials.

Qualifications & Skills:
 B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering. 0–3 years of experience in industrial machinery service (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply). Basic understanding of electro-mechanical systems, hydraulics, and CNC controls preferred. Ability to read technical drawings and manuals. Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Tamil/Kannada is an added advantage). Willingness to travel extensively and work independently at customer sites. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
