We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Staff professional who can efficiently handle both domestic and international ticketing. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and well-versed in major booking platforms and travel regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle domestic and international ticket booking requests
Manage flight reservations, cancellations, amendments, and reissues
Provide fare quotes and advise customers on travel options
Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for smooth operations
Maintain accurate booking records and documentation
Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly
Ensure compliance with airline policies and travel guidelines

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in domestic and international ticketing
Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
