**Role Overview:** You will be responsible for handling ticketing procedures using the Amadeus booking system. Your main task will be to assist customers with travel inquiries by providing detailed information on fares, flights, and travel destinations. Additionally, you will manage reservations, cancellations, and changes to travel itineraries to ensure accuracy and completeness of all travel-related documentation.
