JOB DECRIPTION FOR INTERNATIONAL TICKETING STAFF
STAFF REQUIRED - 2
We are seeking an experienced international ticketing staff to join our team,
Responsible for booking and ticketing international flights using Galileo and Amadeus
You will work closely with customer, travel agents and airlines to ensure seamless travel
Experience:
Key responsibilities:
Well versed with Galileo / Amadeus
Complete knowledge of refunds and airline policies
Create complex itinerary including multi city and multi airline
Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in using Galileo/Amadeus
In-depth knowledge of fare rules, Ticketing procedures, Cancellation policies, Refunds
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with ability to work for diverse
Clients and stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in ticketing and documentation.
Qualifications:
Graduation is not mandate for the right candidate.
We strongly prefer candidates who are based around Marine Lines or the Western Line in
Mumbai for ease of commute.
