Location: Head Office – Andheri East, Mumbai

Salary Range: Up to ₹25 LPA

About the Company:

We are a leading Mumbai-based real estate development firm, specializing in premium residential and commercial projects. With a strong legacy of quality, compliance, and timely delivery, we are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Liasoning Architect to manage statutory approvals, design compliance, and regulatory clearances for our upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle liaisoning activities with all government authorities such as BMC, MMRDA, SRA, MHADA, MOEF, Fire Department, Airport Authority, Urban Development Department, etc.

Manage and monitor the complete process of approvals, sanctions, and clearances for real estate projects.

Ensure compliance with DCR, UDCPR, RERA, NBC and other applicable norms.

Prepare and submit drawings, proposals, and applications as per statutory requirements.

Coordinate with internal design, legal, and project teams to ensure timely approvals.

Track changes in rules/regulations and advise management on the implications for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Provide strategic inputs on project feasibility with respect to approvals and design parameters.

Candidate Requirements:

B.Arch / M.Arch from a reputed institute.

Registered Architect with Council of Architecture (COA).

Minimum 10 years of experience in liasoning for real estate projects in Mumbai/ Maharashtra.

In-depth knowledge of building bye-laws, DCR/UDCPR, zoning laws, and environmental clearance procedures.

Proven track record of obtaining approvals for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Strong networking skills and excellent rapport with statutory authorities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict timelines.
