Key Responsibilities Organize, maintain, and process documents related to vehicle and health insurance . Perform data entry, update office records, and manage documentation files. Communicate with customers to collect required documents, provide updates, and clarify basic queries. Assist the team in day-to-day administrative tasks, including follow-ups and maintaining logs. Help prepare simple reports and track the status of insurance-related work. Support the overall workflow to ensure smooth office operations. Requirements Experience in vehicle or health insurance is preferred (not mandatory). Moderate computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, basic documentation). Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work responsibly, follow instructions, and maintain accuracy. Freshers with good communication and eagerness to learn are welcome.
