Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to promote and sell our 3 kW solar project packages across Kerala. The role requires strong field sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to achieve monthly targets. Candidates with experience in solar projects, banking loans, credit cards, FMCG, insurance, building materials, or similar high-intensity sales domains are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the complete 3 kW solar project package to customers across Kerala
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and product demonstrations
• Convert leads into successful sales through negotiation and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with the technical team for installation and after-sales support
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market insights
• Maintain a strong understanding of solar products, pricing, and competitor offerings

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales (solar/FMCG/loans/credit card/insurance/building materials preferred)
• Strong field sales background with proven target achievement
• Willingness to travel across Kerala regularly
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred
• Immediate joiners are an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
