Field Service Engineer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients in manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on programmable logic controllers (PLC), HVAC/R systems, and hydraulics. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of equipment while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment in manufacturing settings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLC) and HVAC/R systems.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities.
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate repairs and installations.
• Conduct precision measurements using instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other measuring tools.
• Operate scissor lifts safely while performing field service tasks.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions through technical sales support.
• Maintain high standards of safety while working with high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
• Document all service activities accurately for reporting purposes.

Experience

• Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or field service technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in welding and hydraulics preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus, along with any relevant certifications in HVAC/R.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear instructions and customer interactions.
• Military experience is valued but not required; however, candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience as an industrial electrician is advantageous, particularly with high voltage systems. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
