Job Description

As a Process Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Owner in carrying out day-to-day operations efficiently. Your primary tasks will include keeping track of the status of all ongoing projects, monitoring their timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables. It will be your responsibility to coordinate with the in-house team leaders and maintain effective communication to facilitate smooth project execution. Additionally, you will be required to follow up with STR/MEP consultants to ensure updated and timely project delivery, while ensuring adherence to the organization's processes. Generating periodic reports on the progress of work and liaising with team members across all business levels will be essential for successful project management within the company. In this role, you will also need to focus on creating detailed customer support strategies and ensuring timely coordination. Maintaining vendor details and staying updated with the latest technologies in the market will be crucial for enhancing operational efficiency. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and health insurance. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
