JD : We are looking for young, energetic male candidates to join our dynamic team as Product Specialist . you will be responsible for driving our sales efforts across various industrial sectors. You will leverage your experience in industrial sales to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and services in power plants, steel industries, cement industries, and sugar plants.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.
• Monitor sales performance and report regularly to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in industrial sales, specifically in power plants, steel industries, cement industries, or sugar plants.
• Young, energetic male candidates with a passion for sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication, Strong Listening and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements in the industrial sector.
• Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates should have their own conveyance( Two Wheeler)
