Product Specialist

As a Bio Medical Engineer with 2-3 years of experience, your role will involve having knowledge in Anaesthesia Machines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Training and Development: - Preparing Training Documents like presentations, videos, etc. - Providing product & application training to sales & service engineers, dealer engineers. - Coordinating & organizing trainings & gatherings. - Product Support: - Product evaluation and testing. - Supporting the All India product team for demos and other queries. - Preparation of product comparisons, product catalogues, etc. - Tender compliance verification and query support. - Supporting field technical team for solving application and software queries. - Field visits on critical issues related to software and product application. - Product Evaluation & Technical Support: - Studying, testing, and evaluating new products and software. - Preparing and evaluating documents for field circulation in coordination with Technical support & validation engineer. - Supporting the technical team on application & product-related queries. - Product Demonstration: - Supporting the sales team by providing product demonstrations for sales. - Providing post-sales demonstration and training to doctors and technicians on product handling & operation. - Offering online application support for product software. - Promotional Support: - Verifying brochures. - Participating in Conferences for product promotions. - Conducting training sessions in conferences.
