Product Specialist

You should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Bio Medical Engineering with knowledge in Anaesthesia Machines. Your responsibilities will include: Training and Development: - Creating training materials such as presentations and videos. - Providing product and application training to sales and service engineers, as well as dealer engineers. - Coordinating and organizing training sessions and events. Product Support: - Evaluating and testing products. - Assisting the All India product team with demonstrations and inquiries. - Compiling product comparisons, catalogues, and ensuring tender compliance. - Supporting the field technical team in resolving application and software queries. - Conducting field visits for critical software and product application issues. Product Evaluation and Technical Support: - Researching, testing, and evaluating new products and software. - Collaborating with the technical support and validation engineer to prepare documents for field circulation. - Providing assistance to the technical team on application and product-related queries. Product Demonstration: - Assisting the sales team by conducting product demonstrations. - Providing post-sales training to doctors and technicians on product operation. - Offering online application support for product software. Promotional Support: - Verifying brochures for accuracy. - Participating in conferences to promote products. - Conducting training sessions at conferences.,
